Unex hose clamp made of CNS with brass wing screw
The Unex hose clamp is a high-quality, reusable hose connection solution for beverage and dispensing technology. It has been specially developed to connect flexible hoses securely, pressure-tight, and yet detachably to grommets, nozzles, or fittings. Thanks to its robust materials and tool-free handling, it is ideal for professional use in catering, mobile dispensing systems, breweries, or even cleaning processes.
Materials & design
This hose clamp consists of two carefully matched components:

CNS body (chrome-nickel steel/stainless steel):
The clamping body is made of rustproof, durable stainless steel (CNS). This material is:-

Brass wing screw:
The integrated wing screw allows easy installation and removal by hand, without the need for tools. Brass is pressure-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and offers a smooth, sliding thread.

Note: The diameter always refers to the outer diameter of the hose used. The clamp should be selected as closely as possible to the hose size to ensure optimum hold.
Installation instructions

Slide the hose over the grommet, making it elastic with a little warm water if necessary.

Place the hose clamp over the area of the grommet collar.

Tighten the wing screw by hand until the connection is secure – no tools required!

To loosen, simply unscrew the wing screw.
For permanent, high-pressure-resistant connections or when used with CO₂, we recommend regularly checking that the connection is secure.
