General description

This high-quality catering mixer tap is specially designed for use in professional kitchens and washing-up areas. It is ideal for use with normal domestic water pipes or central hot water supplies, but is not compatible with instantaneous water heaters with three connections.

Thanks to its robust construction and chrome-plated surface, it offers a durable and hygienic solution for demanding applications.

Function and installation

The high-pressure mixer tap is connected directly to the angle valves of the water pipes via two flexible connection hoses. There is a blue connection for cold water and a red connection for hot water.

The water is mixed inside the tap to achieve the desired temperature before flowing out of the spout.

Special features of the under-sink pipe

The integrated under-sink pipe allows a glasswasher to be connected directly, which is particularly advantageous in catering establishments. The standard length of the pipe is 270 mm and is designed for sinks with a depth of 30 cm. If the sink is shallower, the pipe can be shortened using a metal saw.
