The 1/2″ wing nut is a proven connection component in dispensing and beverage technology. It is used for the secure and leak-proof installation of hose nozzles with flat sealing surfaces on pressure reducers, distributors or other components with a 1/2″ external thread. Thanks to its flat sealing design and the hard seal included in the scope of delivery, it is particularly suitable for use in CO₂ and AFG lines – especially when connected to pressure reducers with a 1/2″ outlet.

Processing instructions:

1. Prepare the seal:
   Place the enclosed hard seal on the flat sealing end of the hose nozzle used.

2. Insert the nozzle:
   Insert the hose nozzle together with the seal through the opening of the wing nut.

3. Assembly:
   Screw the wing nut onto the 1/2″ thread of the pressure reducer or connection piece by hand and tighten it hand-tight.
   Readjustment with a tool is only necessary if required.
